Guest lecture by Mr. Moazzam Begg followed by a short Q&A with a member of Reprieve.
Moazzam Begg is British Muslim who was detained in the Guantanamo Bay
detainment camp, in Cuba, by the government of the United States. He was released
without charge on 25th January 2005. His talk will focus on his time in Guantanamo
and other detention facilities.
Guest speaks Mark Summers and Charlotte Powell on the Use of Memorandum of Understanding in international and extradition legal practice.
